    Milyardo here with my points for brunch today.We got a new steamer so I was eager to make my favorite potato dish.
    I cut up 6 redskin potatoes into 12 segments each then steamed them for 25 minutes. I immediately tossed them in a mixing bowl and added some butter flavor pam, granulated garlic, dried rosemary, and seasoned salt. Tossed to coat and put them in a pan in a 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
    Fluffy on the inside, crisp and delicious on the outside. Having this lovely dish handy, I made my favorite Taco Bell food; a beef and potato burrito.
    Also testing the steamer, I experimented with the cooking time on a duck egg, which was yummy but needs to be steamed for about 18 minutes.

    The Breakdown:

    Lean Beef 1/2 cup 2 pts
    1/4 cup %2 cheddar cheese 2 pts
    Duck egg 3 pts

    Total 16 pts
    (The Pam is Negligible)


    Not the healthiest meal, but I skipped breakfast because I am bad and that's 16/48

    So,32 more points for the day and no plans for dinner yet.
